Can anyone confirm if the the news item on BBC Business Lunch today that the Halifax want be chasing anyone for shortfalls that is more than 6 years old .. Will this help anyone with shortfalls with others lenders dating back to 1991 ?

This will be the best christmas present for all ex Halifax Customers who were repossesed in 1990-91
