Very shortly, I am releasing an entire CD-ROM package of software and instructions on how exactly to produce commercial quality Video CD's with professional looking menus, chapters, extra features etc. Everything you need to make commercial quality VCDs will be in the package (you won't have to hunt around the net for weeks on end searching for suitable software). You will however be responsible for providing the hardware yourself, obviously (any CD-R burner will do, and the capture cards are so cheap to buy these days).
