If non-mission critical systems are 97% finished, lets see the documentation that substantiates that assertion.

The government (ater being virtually silent on the matter for years) now says the non-compliant systems are 97% ready. Ok - where is the documentation that backs up that assertion?

I'm surprised you haven't seen it. The documentation is in the same file as the documentation for white busses, black helicopters, disarming of the national guard, "someone who knows someone who works at a power plant," etc.

Oh, sure, YOU demand to see the paperwork, then someone else does, then ten people and the next thing you know we are out of tree's because everyone demanded one! Get real, you are not that important that anyone would listen to your "demands"!

Yeah, WE have nothing to lose if they're lying! We don't need the stinkin' child support, medicare, tax refunds, national defense systems, social security. We have no vested interest at all! How could we have such gall??

Cheri, you're off your meds again, aren't you?

Were any numbers mentioned? Perhaps someone arbitarily classified most of them as unnecessary. They could always be resurrected and fixed next year if they are really needed
