Dehydrated scrambled eggs?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) Preparation Forum : One Thread

I recall seeing a posting somewhere on making scrambled egg flakes. I think you scramble, then dehydrate, then flake in a blender. Does anyone else have info. on this? I have eggs coming out of my ears and would like to do something other than freeze some of the surplus.

Just back from surfing and wanted to recommend www.hollysolar.com for an intriguing variety of solar powered fans, lamps, flashlights, etc. None of them very cheap.

Have you tried pickling hard boiled eggs? I bought a jar of pickled eggs to see how the family would react to them and so far we use them in tuna and in salads. I am going to make lots of jars of pickled eggs right after Christmas.
