I was in Chinatown this weekend and I found at least four stotres that sell VCD's. They ranged b/t $10-$25. So you'll have to go down there to find them.

Shops along Bowery and Mott are devoting large portions of what used to be their VCD sections to DVD. Get 'em while you can.
