The following message came across the CEF message board over on Yahoo...

"Check out the message boards around Yahoo. At 7:00 pm numerous boards listing deleated messages with dates 12/31/1969. Check it out. My brokerage has been having massive problems the last few days as has my internet provider. Coincidence?"

Anyone notice this??

I usually check Yahoo's Market Digest icon, which gives A-D, H-L and upside-downside volumes. This icon hasn't worked for several days. Before it completely stopped working it was giving incorrect information.

I agree- something is wrong.

The Yahoo 1 day and 5 day stock market graphes failed on December 1. They have not worked since then. The year-long graph, and the 5 year graph, seem to be unaffected.

Your guess is as good as mine - but there is no difference between a rollover from Oct - Nov (no problems) and from November deember: except the fact that December doesn't "end" in a 1900 date.

Could certainly be a 2000 error.
