You are welcome Poyang, and don't be concerned about what you have heard in the news, I can explain that. The United States has been having some mental health problems, but please do not worry, we do not have hostile intentions toward China. Some of the right-wing conservative types of people in this country have lost their grasp on reality, and they believe that China is going to launch missiles from the canal onto the United States. Rest assured, our leaders know that this is not true, and we have the situation under control. We look forward to being cooperative friends with China and sharing the Panama Canal.
