Get a grip, re-read the article, put it in an historical perspective and move on. Of course the Founding fathers didn't pass a balanced budget clause for the Constitution. The Federal government didn't HAVE a budget in the beginning. It had to ask each state for a handout. Hmmm...maybe I should get a grip! That doesn't sound like a really bad plan. Now where is the 10th Amendment when I need it?
