MAME TG3

Ok, it's basically done.

I haven't posted the file yet. We can either try the private release idea (request via email) or release the source with a different encryption method.

So what does everyone think?

I'd vote for private release if it were possible, not sure if the mame team said no to this or not. If they won't go for it, release it with NO encryption method's function call so an interface hacking point is harder to determine.

I've been the first to propose the private release idea, so I'll vote for it.
Just in case someone from the MAMEdev (and not from the cheating MARP suburbs) would 'officially' complain, the idea would be to release the source with a different encryption method, or key, or whatever, or even with the right one, but just after the end of any Tournament, and change it for the next one.

Nicola was clear, this is breaking the mame license. But hey Mark, you said it wouldnt be a problem to release the source, so you should do it. I am not one of the marp cheaters, the only thing i want is to defend the mame license to avoid that Nicola gets more pissed than he already is (ie. Tim Eckel edition of mame). I think the reason that somebody, just like me, left t2 because somebody seem to get away with their cheating on crystal castles and super sprint etc.
