I recently noticed on some of my SCL/Fl pics that the horizontal side stripes were red over yellow, but on some later repaints to Seaboard System paint, the horizontal side stripes are yellow over red was there any rhyme or reason here, or am I nitpicking? ED

Jacksonville was looking an inexpensive way to repaint loco's.If your ever beside a Sbd loco look at it at an angle and you'll see the FL paint.
