Hmmm...I just wrote this but it didn't show up on the forum, so if this is a repeat, then I apologize. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that after ALOT of research, I found the cheapest and best place to buy night vision. I debated about posting this as I knew many of you would scream "TROLL"...let me assure you that I am not a troll, I just reasoned that if I had read a post like this, it would have saved me ALOT of research. Stay away from AMT...go to www.x20.org. In case you are wondering, I have NO affiliation with them whatsoever. Anyway, I just got the Dragon Gen II scope...it is AMAZING. Really turns night into day.

Hope this post helps. (BTW, I am NOT planning on sniping innocent pollies...I just thought it would be nice to have an advantage over potential looters, as well as be able to take out annoying varmint, etc.)

Although I have a set of Gen 1 Russian goggles that are acceptable for my needs, the site you mention has a nice "pocket scope" that is Generation 2. The price is listed as $499 US.
