A new monthly report and newsletter has been added to the Global Millennium Foundation website: http://www.globalmf.org/ As stated in Mr. Boivin's Dec 1/99 newsletter, "Look for three large waves of Y2K problems. The first relates to infrastructure and should be obvious during the first twenty-four hours. The second relates to business and will take at least a week to be observed. The third related to national economies and will take about three months to surface. Everyone will be touched by this issue in some way."

I realize this post does not reflect Y2K issues in EU, however a little background on Canadian guru's Peter de Jager, as well as Joe Boivin that you will not find on their websites, that I found interesting.
