Per uncle Rushie it's about the "Marriage" of the Clintons

I think the smell emanating from that local would gag even a fly.

Why am I stuck here with such a bunch of idiots? Why is it that the only people around who understand Y2K are such morons? I do not get this?

Only 25 percent of American families fit the so-called traditional setup that is 2 parents and kids.

The rest are live-ins, divorces, horny singles, adolescents, etc.

CLINTON IS ONE OF US, YOU FOOLS

WE GOT EXACTLY WHO WE NEEDED IN OFFICE.

CLINTON IS ONE OF US. He has no time for self-reflection, intellectuall pursuit, patience, or real (as opposed to flag-waving, phoney-style)independence and freedom of thought.

He is a selfish, lazy, self-centered, self-indulgent, pompous, arrogant, phoney, domineering macho piece of shit, like the rest of Americans.

CLINTON IS ONE OF US

-- whocares (rightwingers@thetrough.com), December 01, 1999.

Speak for yourself, whocares. This forum represents about 3% of the nation's population.

CLINTON ISN'T ONE OF *US*.

He represents every jerk who's gonna be aimlessly wandering about with that glazed-over look, clutching a hard copy of their 401k plan, muttering, "three day storm, three day stormmmm" 30 days from now. No need mentioning the overwhelming number of Clinton voters who will be freezing in their public housing, teeth chattering, "ch..ch..ch....check?"

NOPE. He doesn't represent ANYBODY in my neck of the woods. Perhaps you should relocate.

Someone once told me that if you replace the "it" with an "or" in "The White House" your problem becomes defined. Hmmm... I wonder if it is true?

-- Art Soukup (asoukup@mscomputers.net), December 01, 1999.

SPEAK FOR YOURSELF WHOCARES. CLINTON IS NOT ONE OF US!!! as a matter of fact, i doubt clinton reflects many americans. just those 500 or so that get polled occasionally to make us think we are all as bad as he is. they want us to think that because then "who are we to cast stones". the man is AMORAL.

the only reason we got him is because god allows us to get evil leaders sometimes because it is part of his bigger plan. you have to hit the bottom sometimes in order to change. well america is getting ready to hit rock bottom and then i believe we will change for the better. it is already happening and y2k will likely help it along.

i think it is great that any "truth" about the clinton's breaks prior to Y2K.

Let's take a survey right now. How many people have cheated on their spouses? Remember now, if you lie you're just as bad as Billy Boy!

-- Kenneth Starr (dirty@old.pervert), December 01, 1999.

Clinton is merely one of many 60's era idealists who mutated into an 80's materialist along with the majority of his generation who likewise found that money and power were a lot more "fun" in the short term than endlessly bashing thier collective heads against the walls of the prevailing paradigm. He is an opportunist voted into office by a population far too busy pushing the Pleasure Button to give a s**t about what is REALLY going on out there. Speaking for myself, Clinton is NOT one of US if you happen to include ME in the category of US...which I don't. Also, aside from some obviously juvenile posters here and there, I have been impressed by the intelligence and wisdom of quite a few people on this forum, both right and left wing, so I'd think twice befor lumping us ALL together.

-- Ludi (ludi@rollin.com), December 01, 1999.

"CLINTON IS ONE OF US"

No - one of you...

...anyway the big problem is what Clinton has done to the US in the long-run, not the fact that he contantly lies and can't keep his zipper up.

-- Anonymous999 (Anonymous999@Anonymous999.xxx), December 01, 1999.

Hey Kenneth, Keep thrown mah handle 'round, and you n' me gonna go round and round behind th' old barn out back. How bout referin to him as "Slick Willy?"

As one famous woman once said:

"We get the government we deserve."

If we don't act to change it ... then it'll never change.

Thanks Ms. continue,

Keep em straight. He did have a point about the other 97%

-- d----- (dciinc@aol.com), December 01, 1999.

Hey Kenneth:

I had a discussion once with a real Clinton lover. During the height of the Monica clucking he said Clinton did what everyone else did. I asked if he had ever cheated and he admitted yes and further he lied about it to his wife. There is a great deal of projection of circumstances with Clintonista's hoping that there really are no standards of behaviour or honesty. If we can think that everyone does it (the logical conclusion is everyone murders someone) so therefore I am not responsible. This is the end result of moral relativism that the "great" 60's generation gave us.

No I have never cheated on my wife. No need to "parse" that statement it is exact.

-- squid (Itsdark@down.here), December 01, 1999.

Hay Kenneth it is not the fact that he cheated,it is fact that he lied under oath, and used every power of the office to cover it up.That is A FELONY,If he abused the office for that GOD only knows what he is capable of.

-- G Bailey (glbailey1@excite.com), December 01, 1999.

Bill Clinton, slobbering hound that he is, was elected with no more than 43% and 46% of the vote thanks to an accident of history. Namely that self-absorbed little narcissist Ross Perot, who let his personal hatred of the Bushes and his own Prima-Dona personality and boredom come before the interests of his country. Bll Clinton is a career criminal, a traitor, a socialist parasite and a soulless sociopath. In other words, he is the exact wrong and worst possible human being to be president during the Y2k crises ahead. Poetic justice for a people who have forgotten what it means to be Americans. Oh well, I voted for Goldwater, so what the hell do I know?

-- doktorbob (downsouth@dixie.com), December 01, 1999.

>> Let's take a survey right now. How many people have cheated on their spouses? <<

If I recall correctly, it's about 10% of women and about 15% of men. These peercentages have remained very stable over the past four or five decades since such questionaires began to be distributed in the USA.

This is hardly a tidal wave of infidelity, but enough to ensure that everyone knows someone who has cheated. Usually it happens in marriages that were already failing for other reasons.

"As one famous woman once said: 'We get the government we deserve.'"

I thought Adlai Stevenson said that first... -s-

-- Scott Johnson (scojo@yahoo.com), December 02, 1999.

Supposedly Hill and Bill are getting divorced. She's heading out to NY. Him -- who knows?

-- hillbilly (separate@ways.soon), December 02, 1999.

You people kill me! You think Bill Clinton is the problem! You really do! Well, let me tell you something. Nothing would be the least bit different if it was still President Raygun or Herr Busch...not the least bit, unless it was worse! Clinton is certainly far from the greatest leader this country has had, but he is not that bad when you consider the alternatives. I mean, Bob Dole??!! Come on, folks, quit trying to blame the upcoming Y2K disaster on Clinton. The folks really at fault, the ones who have planned the whole thing, either tell him what to do or keep him in the dark. Wise up!
