Answers

First Semester -- For an "A"

At the end of August, I attended a five day workshop which focused on the "Responsive Classroom." I will submit a report on one of the components - Guided Discovery, which I have implemented in my classroom this year.

I will submit a paper on the Community Celebration that I, and the other sixth grade teachers at Falls Elementary, facilitate each Fall.

Second Semester -- For an "A"

I will submit a paper, which was written with two other teachers, on how to implement a gifted and talented program within a school district. I will also supplement this paper with how I am using some of the activities and skills within my own classroom.

I will be writing on paper on the mentoring that I will be doing this year with the Wrap Around program.
