Someone posted that they expected to have a copy of the summary in a few days. I think the person was Brian, who posted the paper about the PC problems.

Blue- Hope to have a web site link for first Rotterdam Public Report by end of week. It will be 18 pages long and WILL NOT be the nail in the coffin you need. The initial report addresses automated applications testing and confirms the short date problem theory, but suggests the problem is more serious when PCs are run under "normal" office conditions. Basically says the more you use the PC, the quicker the death. That second test report is scheduled to be released in mid- December and they have been late on everything so far. Why couldn't this stuff have come out a year ago when we had enough time to do something about it.

I have watched Windows 98 gradually degrade over time...this could very well account for it. In the immortal words of Mara Wayne,

We are "Enscrewed."
