Embedded Systems Testing: Commerce Dept Info

Sorry if this is a repeating post, but this is an insightful paper from the commerce department regarding what it takes to test embedded systems. For those who believe pre-1980 devices don't have embedded systems, therefore no need for testing, this may be an eye opener. I'm thinking old nuclear reactors, refineries, chemical plants....
