Wulong tea, (also called Oolong tea ) is a semi-fermented tea, it is in between unfermented green tea and fully fermented red tea. Oolong tea is rich in anti oxidents and various vitamins, is equal to green tea in health benefits. See threads on medicinal properties of tea.
