I'm in a seminar about Poe's essays, in Argentina and I've just found that "Mellonta Tauta" are two Greek words meaning "Things of the Future." I hope that will do for you. How is that you are studying enlgish in a frenchspeaking country, and having what looks like a latin name with a german surname? Good luck, Patricia.
