Does any have any experience with the HP ScanJet6390C scanner? At 1200 DPI optical resolution, it appears to be a good choice.

But no one else has answered your question, so I'll tell you what I know.

I have an HP ScanJet 6200C that does an excellent job. The 6200C was HP's top model (excluding the 6250C that has a document feeder) about a year or so ago. The 6200C has 1200 dpi 'hardware super sampling'. Don't ask 'cause I don't know. I know the 6200C has been discontinued, maybe the 63XX is the replacement.
