Y2K Movie and Nuke Plants

Anybody out there have any idea if the set of the nuke plant in the movie was based on General Electric's Boiling Water Reactor nuke plant design? There are 92 BWR units based on GE's design in 10 countries.

Remember -- GE owns NBC...

I'm pretty sure the design for the movie was based on the Philadelphia water treatment plant with a conventional power plant used for the steam escaping from "engine room" in thousands of places. Very little of the movie shadowed reality including the sets.
