It's been $1.33 for over a week in Prior Lake, MN. If crude is around $30/bbl, NOW, when does this translate into higher prices at the pumps?

Poor babies - ours CAME DOWN to $1.49 for regular unleaded this summer and has held there. This is better than it was.
