I know you have an interest in these things. We accidentally left a bottle of Chocolate Stout in the freezer for well over 12 hours. It didn't freeze at all. Must be like antifreeze.

I don't know the exact temp, but ice, meat, vegetables, and chocolate candy were frozen solid. The Chocolate Stout didn't even have ice crystals in it.
