I just bought a clik, and it's nice. easy to install, convenient, and speedy. downsides (there's always a downside) -- hard to find at discount, and not terribly cost effficient unless you plan on using multiple cards. each clik card holds 40m, and costs about $10 each if you buy three or more. you can do the math and compare to buying flash cards. the $249 cost does include the reader itself, one card, rechargeable batteries, and photo printing software.

I found the Clik! Drive for Digital Camera at hardwarestreet.com for 207 USD plus shipping/handling (ground shipping) of 8 USD for a total of 215 USD. I seen the 40MB drive in a pack of 10 for 60 USD, but I forgot where. I just order one and should receive it shortly.
