Best capture card for NT (or Linux)?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Video CD : One Thread

I don't have Win95 or Win98.

Can someone recommend the best video capture hardware and VCD authoring software for Windows NT 4.0? The Wonder 128 board does not list WinNT as an OS option.

Is anyone doing this under Linux? if so; with what hardware & software?

Thanks

Keith

I recommend you Fast's AV-Master. It comes with original NT drivers, and has an excellent image quality (perfect audio/video sync). Their web site: www.fastmultimedia.com and it's around $600. G.Luck,
