Having recently purchased the unnumbered versions of the Atlas Geep and RS-3 I would like to know the original prototypically correct numbering system for the CofG diesel roster.

Answers

The RS-3s were numbered 108-119 and 133-159. However, 148-159 were later models with car body filters rather than louvers like the Atlas model. 147 and 148-150 were steam generator equipped and had an exhaust stack on the short hood.
