I am trying to find information on Fanny Hudson born 1857 in Stanly Co. N.C. Parents were Burwell Hudson and Sarah Lee Hudson. Thanks for any help. Jamie

You may have found the needed inform (since 1999) but thought I would share what I know. Burrell Hudson was my gg father's brother. Burrell married Sarah A. Mc Swain on 17 Jan 1860 (by J.P. J. W. Smith). I haven't found a child listed but according to a Stanly Co. Gen. Soc. Journal and the Hudson Cemetery records Burrell was killed in the Civil War in 1864-65. That is not to say there were no children just that I haven't found any. Burrell and Elijah (my GG) were sons of Joshua Hudson, Jr.(who married 3 times and had 22-3 children). There is a lot of information in the vertical files at the Albermarle Library on this family.
