--was stolen last week from a ranch near Millsap. The week
before, a windmill head was stolen.

Yep....and put locks on your fuel tanks! It takes a little work to get a windmill down in working order. Someone eanted that wind mill real bad. Obviously the GIs aren't all upright honest people either. Taz

Once they are caught, the thieves should be forced to return and re-install the windmills right back where they stole them.
That would make them think twice about stealing again.
The thief is probably selling them to an unsuspecting buyer, nearby.

Imagine the Mad Max Syndrome that would have occured if the "Gobmint" had motivated all 260-300 million Americans.

snooze Once caught, the thieves should have one hand secured to a tree stump and let the owner take one swing with an axe. One finger, two fingers, one hand, who knows. But I bet whatever gets cut off will not be involved in another theft. Also, I bet you'd love to hear what I would recommend for a rapist or child molester. Justice.
