Hi, I use WinOnCD 3.5 to make VCD from captured MPEG. Recently I am thinking if I could make Karaoke VCD. Upon looking at Karaoke VCD, it seems to me that there is a new folder "KARAOKE" in the structure, and the total bit-rate of the DAT "track" is lower than that of normal movie DAT.

To confirm my suspicion of the bit-rate, I used VCDGear to extrack a track and then tried to write it to CD-R using WinOnCD. WinOnCD gaves me error message that the bit-rate is too low.

Any suggestion on which CD burner software that can do Karaoke VCD, and whether it is true that Karaoke VCD uses different bit-rate, not according to the White Book specs for VCD..?

Any help will be much appreciated.
