I've just happened across a wonderful book on old world food preservation techniques such as brining, fermenting, drying, covering with oil, etc that has been translated into English from French. It's published by Chelsea Green. It's called Keeping Food Fresh.

Is Chelsea Green the name of the publisher, author or both. Went to Amazon.com and they didn't have the book listed. How do I get ahold of it? Thanks.
