Hi,

I'm planning on purchasing a digital camera but I'd like the criteria of it being below $500 and also that it has NTSC/PAL output. I've so far found that only Kodak camera's support this. Why is this?

I'm really interested in the Olympus D450 as an alternative to the Kodak DC240 (or 210 Zoom Plus) but I'd really like the PAL output (since I travel overseas pretty frequently).

Any suggestions?
