GEET Technologies is a company that offer the ability to modify engines to increase mileage and reduce emmissions. When Paul Pantone first came out with his fully modified engine, it ran on anything...water included. He was scoffed at, but his technology withstood the pressure. However, he could not withstand the threats from the government and the multinational interests whose profits center around oil consumption. Paul succumbed to modification of his original technology and now offers a compromised, but many times better technology that saves fuel and burns cleaner. I believe he still offers his original water burning engine for research at universities.
