Maybe it depends on where you live. To me this update is noteworthy because it shows that our water and sewer utilities haven't improved their ratings ... each still getting a "2" (probable partial failure). I'm passing along this info to local folks in the hopes it will help convince any still sitting on the fence about preparation to to go ahead and prepare, at least by storing water.

Want to have some fun? I downloaded the spreadsheet, first into my browser, then into Excel. I did a search for "3" and for some reason was taken to a series of blank cells under Sewer and Water. Amuse and amaze your friends... For me, it worked in both.

F. Synder Gokey may be on to something...

I searched for a 3, then noticed that column R is hidden within Excel. I typed r1 into the selector in the upper left corner, then un-hid the column. There are several 1s and 3s in column R.

Hmmm....
