If you live in King, Pierce or Snohomish Counties, your tabs in 2000 will NOT be $30. The "local transit" option still applies and will add $15 to the tab cost.

I'm not sure if this is correct, but it's what I was told by three different people at the DOL in downtown Seattle.

I was just pointing this out so the tri-county residents aren't shocked when they go into the licensing agent on Jan 3rd. I agree that $45 is a helluva lot better than $1000!

your tabs recipt is itemized and the mvet portion should be $30, this is not to say that other fees may or may not be included.
