Proceedings of the Second European Infrastructure Providors Workshop on the Year 2000 Computing Problem

The workshop was held on 29-39 September 1999, but my Netminder tells me the report was only posted online today (apologies if I'm wrong and this has already been posted here). It includes summaries of the presentations, covering most of the core infrastructure areas.
