This expands the idea to other than just parting out demoed cars. How about also stocking the few niggly parts from each model of car, that is hard to find but always required?

Good idea, you would have to research what those parts would be. Ive already posted on the VW usenet to get some sort of response on what vw owners love and hate about their cars, what problems they have had and what they think about their dealer.
