Rep. Fisher is on the House Ethics Board, so she certainy can't do anything unethical, like failing to keep a promise.

Her staff says that she succumbed to the entreaties of her fellow legislators, and will therefore NOT be resigning. I say, A POX ON THEM ALL!! Lying scumbags!
