Which printer takes direct feed from camera without requiring a PC connection ?

I have a Sony DCR-PC3 and would like to pring the stills direct - I'm sure there are printers which can take a direct feed or perhaps via the serial port adapter for the memory stick.

Who makes these printers ? Replies copied to Eugene@vaxman.prestel.co.uk would be appreciated.

i've seen several new printers that support direct printing from compact flash and smart media, but haven't seen any for memory stick yet.

Both the new HP PhotoSmart Photo Printers, the P1000 and P1100 and their software enhanced siblings accept this sort of direct feed from certain digital cameras. They are positioned for this market. However, I do not know for sure whether or not the printer accepts connections from your specific camera. Check out their website for further info... http://www.hp.com/photosmart should give you the appropriate starting point...

Several of the Epsons will also print direct, however, again I'm not sure either if they will print direct from your camera. I just checked my Epson 750 manual (the software version) and it doesn't say anything helpful. You'll want to try the Epson website as well.
