Singapore Sends Y2K Guide to Homeshttp://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/ap/19991029/tc/y2k_singapore_1.html
Quote:
"Singapore's government is mailing all of the city-state's 950,000 homes a guide on how to protect a household against the dreaded Y2K computer glitch, officials said Friday. The glossy, four-page ``Y2K Guide'' gives step-by-step instructions on testing personal computers and household appliances, such as videocassette recorders and fax machines, for Y2K resistance."
Gee, send out a million "glossies" telling people to not freak out if their VCR's dont work. I dont think thats what they will be freaking out about.
