Well, let's see... For the short list why don't we just say that if he's going to go home and watch TV with his girlfriend (inflatable or not) instead of going out and socialising with his fellow RAAGCOS members (especially after a club meeting AND a scorpion bowl)..., OH WAIT!!... Does that say kick Tom out or kick JOE out???? Oh! In that case.... ummm, as long as HE buys ME the next beer, he can stay... :-)
