"Russia's lower house of parliament, the Duma, is expected to vote in a second reading on a change to this year's budget that would raise an extra $77.88 million for measures to avoid Year 2000 computer problems, according to reports."

In a couple days it will be November and they are just now voting on a Y2k remediation budget.

I'm sure glad that they are doing it. I was afraid that they'd wait until it was too late...

Don't forget that they lost 10 days when they adopted the Gregorian calendar! That's also why their Revolution was called "October", because THEN, it was in October, but is now a November date!Just remember "Red October". I just knew that would come back to haunt them some day.
