This is the last straw for me. What BATF *really* wants is a psychological profile on each and every kid that they can use to determine who can exercise their 2nd amendment rights and who can't. Applying for gun? Sorry. That tempertantrum you had in the 5th grade where you kicked the teacher ruined your chances forever.

If the schools aren't a dark, cold, barren wasteland after Jan 1, I'm pulling mine out. After all, educationally speaking, they already are a dark, cold, barren wasteland.

for homeschooling math and physics texts like the old farts here remember having at school. All content and no fluff (no pictures, no happy faced "You're doing great" encouragement boxes, no running story lines)

Read the website.Would anyone care to speculate what their 199 "experts" attitudes are concerning firearms?

My wife is a math teacher, and is familiar with Saxon textbooks. She got some samples of their high school math books at a conference, and was very impressed with them.

This could potentially come down to a two part test:

1) Might the kid want to have a gun.

2) If so, then he/she is undoubtedly unqualified to purchase one!
