I want to know some information about replication. I have a database with (1Gb:700Mb of data and 300Mb of device), i want to know the size requied of the Distribution database and the subscriptions database to allow working the replication.

Noureddine,

The Microsoft documentation in SQL Server Books Online suggests, as a start, 30 MB of data and 15 MB of log for a distribution database and 60 MB of data and 30 MB of log for a remote distribution database. These sizes can be expanded as required.
