I have also utilized other references and resources. Newsletters, journals, compendiums, and production guides have all been useful, along with resources from the transformative learning class I will use for educational delivery.

C. My educational goals are to continue to upgrade my expertise in my Crops System Specialization and improve my educational delivery methods. I do not have a formal educational background in lesson plans, teaching methods, program delivery and development. My training has mainly been adapting my colleagues delivery methods and presentation style. My goal in this M.Ed program is to improve my learning skills and my teaching methods. I have hopes some of these transformative learning techniques will benefit me in my profession.
