All such policies shall be established as a result of discussions and votes (as necessary) of all team members. The agreed upon policies shall be outlined in the manual. In the event it becomes necessary to amend any part of this manual, such proposed amendment will be subject to majority vote by all team members.

For the purpose of voting on issues, all Charter Members of the team (those who have been with the team since its inception) shall have two voting shares. All other team members will have one voting share.

I Establishment and Implementation of Team Policies - Proposed Revision #1

All Participants shall agree to abide by all the policies outlined in this manual. If any point(s) is unclear, Participant shall address either Team Manager or an Assistant Manager for clarification. In the event it becomes necessary to amend a portion of this manual, such amendment shall be forwarded to all Participants. If upon review of such amendment, any Participant does not find it acceptable, that Participant may elect to withdraw from the team. A Participant electing to withdraw from the team as a result of an amendment to policy, shall be permitted to withdraw without penalty. Such Participant shall receive all calculated winnings due him at the time of his decision to withdraw. In an effort to maintain open channels of communication, any Participant requesting an amendment to a stated policy, an addition of a new policy or a deletion of an existing policy, may communicate such request to Team Manager or an Assistant Manager, who shall review such request.

is this calculation done as though the bank were breaking at that moment? in all respects? how does the bank then deal with it's reduced status? is it simply reformed with a lower figure, but maintaining everyones' hours, expenses, initial investments, & accumulated wins?

i assume this is what you mean to do... but you know what they say about people who assume. i simply point this out so there is no doubt in anyone's mind as to how this event takes place.
