What do I need to get in order to watch files on my computer monitor in full screen? Does it have to do with my video card?

Video CD Player is needed. Be warned that many *.mpgs downloaded from the internet are low resolution and will look very ugly Full Screen.

Under control panel select Multimedia and check the tab Video. Under this select Full Screen. Next time you run a video file through Media player or Active movie control it will run full screen, but the quality of the picture depends on the original file resolution.
