It ain't over till its over...

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

As the wheels of society ground to a halt, we can expect further polly confusion. Gee, why are their troops on the streets? Gee, why are they rationing currency? I don't get it! What started out as denial, denial, denial, what started out as 1 year for testing, etc.etc.etc. ad nauseum, is not coming to fruition. All the LIARS in government and BIG industry will have to bite their collective tttttongues (ouch) as incidents like the Rome railway fiasco compile. Events will speed up, time will compress, and non-perishable goods will disappear. Gee, why is Tyco losing money? Gee, why is the Dow falling? I don't get it! Poor pollies.....

We are in the year Heisei 11 of our Emperor and the computer I use has date in year 11. Becuase we are in year 11 and you are 99 we are in better shape than the U.S. Next year you will be 00 and we will be 12. I am not sure if this is real true and that is why I am ascared.
