Information from speakers : LUSENET : Latin American E-Comm Summit : One Thread

Following up on Jen's question about take away materials, we need to prepare information for speakers on what we need from them (and when). This should probably include contact information, a bio, a photo (preferrably in electronic form), copies of their materials, and their requirements for A/V equipment. If we are paying any fees or expenses we need to document these agreements, any reservations we are making, and the information and procedure required for payment (receipts, social security number, bank account information for wire transfers, etc.).

Will the International Diplomacy Council be responsible for handling the speaker arrangements?
