I don't know if anybody is keeping track of the number of companies reporting to the year2000 web site under the Promises Kept section. In June I counted about 110 companies listed. In July I counted about 120. I counted last week, 119. I email the site to ask why the numbers didn't go up in the last 3 months. the response I received was "the list shoold be growing at an enormous rate". They stated they would update it last week. As of today no update. Now I don't know if anybody over at that site has been counting the number of companies claiming "they are READY(?) for Y2K but I have and there has been little or no change since July. Check it out yourself..
