Latest inside information 25-35 Nuclear plants not ready, martial law for 120 cities... : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

A friend ( Y2K author) knows officials in FEMA and other agencies. He said at least 25-35 nuclear plants in America are not compliant, including Georgia. The Governor of Georgia was told to expect at least 3 weeks of blackout, but he told the public to prepare for only 3 days of food! He also said the fgovernment has this operation Gardenplot for years, to deal with civil disturbance. The urban warrior training in 120 countries are for Y2K-caused riots but under the guise of tackling terrorism. Any Governor can inform the mayors of major cities and within 45 minutes, all bridges and freeways will be closed. This is to protect the farms from hungry people. Only these 120 major cities ( including NY city, L.A., Sacramento, Dallas, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Antonio...) will have major military presence, because they don't have enough manpower and food for the small towns. Tough luck! So while those who live in small towns may not get federal protection and assistence, they probably will have more freedom. Please let your family know about this. Government's contingency plan for Y2K and resultant chaos has been confirmed from several reliable sources. Lastly, the recent nuclear accident in S. Korea was Y2K related. So was the big power outage in the Bay Area. The PG & E is covering up this fact. I cannot divulge the names of these sources. You will have to find confirmation on your own. Good luck, everyone.

Ray, thanks for this confirmation that I needed. I'm not surprised at all. I hear similar plan from my friends in the marines and national guard. The government is willing to sacrifice some to reach their goal of control over the population.

-- John (, October 12, 1999.

That is very grim info but surely the US doesn't have enough troops to control ALL those cities with their millions of inhabitants ALL at the same time?

-- matt (, October 12, 1999.

This same argument constantly reappears about not having enough troops, etc. to impose martial law.

Look, I can control a room full of people with one handgun.

But that's not the point. Martial law does not mean that we would all be hearded into detention camps. It is EASY to impose a curfew. It is EASY to restrict people to their homes from sunset to sunrise. Those found on the streets will be shot. Care to take a chance? Thought not. You are now controlled.

Minneapolis has perhaps 10 major 'escape routes'. It would be EASY to blockade them all and would take no more than 45 minutes (if that) to coordinate. That is why, ideally, I would like to be out of the city no later than December 1. I WILL be gone by December 15.

In case anyone is wondering if they will be under martial law, here are the 100 biggest cities. Not sure about the remaining 20.

100 largest cities

It would be easy to keep people hiding in their homes if they thought there were Anthrax toting terrorists on the attack as well.

-- Deborah (, October 12, 1999.

It wasn't an argument it was a question.

Yes they can "impose" martial law,I just don't think they will be able to control the sheer mass of humanity in some of the cities in the US.... now here in New Zealand?...a different story I think

-- matt (, October 12, 1999.

Well, as far as controlling the masses goes, they'll give it their best shot.

-- TrustHim (, October 12, 1999.

Very good point Deborah....

-- matt (, October 12, 1999.

If I did my my math right, vegas will have 15 to 16,000 people per square mile. An earlier thread I read posted here a few lines down says vegas is exspecting 750,000 to 1,000,000 people to merge on the city for celebrating the new year. Doe's anyone think that the influx will be halted, before it gets that populatd?(speaking of marshal law)

-- mchenry (, October 12, 1999.

I believe that by y2k's eve, people will be scared and will simply cancel travel plans and stay home.

This, I believe, will come to pass with or without gov't intervention.

Nonetheless, given the fact that the Fed gov is obviously concerned about what might transpire following the rollover, they will see it in their best interest to make certain that people are at least that scared.

-- TrustHim (, October 12, 1999.

Here is the list of 120 cities. The publisher of The Remnant Review also mentions 120 cities being prepared for Biowarfare. Please make a link. According to, Clinton told 5 different friends and confidantes that he plans to stay for a third term, even if it means another war. Read also article on Operation Mad Max ( have to do with martial law) by the FBI. This is according to a 10 year former FBI whistle-blower. See for yourself. Everything fits.

The ultimate goal of the Domestic Preparedness Team is to train and assess 120 cities:

Start snips

There are indications that the U.S. goverment is preparing for martial law.Under the cover of the phrases "critical infrastructure protection" and "cyberterrorism" the goverment is setting up rapid deployment forces designed to provide order in American cities.

Plans to impose martial law have been in effect since late 1997.The training is the same,so the public will not be alarmed. The Army has created special emergency response divisions made up of National Guard units and Reserve units. But the plans seem to have begun with an Executive Ordeer signed bee President Clinton in July,1996,which set up the Presidential Commission on critical infrastructure protection(PCCIP).

I want to make it clear that I believe that the correct approach of ever citizen regarding martial law is to be as far away from it as possible the day before it is declared. Then stay away.

Another anonymous "insider" predicting TEOTWAWKI and the Tinfoils level of agitation rises again. Odd that none of you question the validity of another one of these "insiders". Odd that not ONE so called "insider" has ever had the courage to go public. Why do you suppose that is? Yes, I know, I know, conspiracy, black helicopters, etc...

Hey Smart,

I hope you're kidding about pro-reject having a child. That much psudo-intellectual hot air could destroy our ozone in a day, and toast us all.

Pro, tinfoil....funny. tinfoil...hehe. That's good, dare I say original...uh huh, yep.

conspiracy to commit murder, to defraud the government, to distribute drugs, etc. That's right!!! People who have jobs in the government are immune to greed and power, and therefore can NEVER be conspirators. Only the plain ordinary dorks like you and me can be conspiritors. People in goverment are also immune from such vices and lawnessness as pedophilia, adultery, thievery, LYING and such. Government people are perfect, to think otherwise would be insane and a tinfoil hat you will wear for all to see.

Don't give Y2K Pro another second of your time. He's probably a walking dead man and just doesn't know it yet...but he will.

==========DON'T FEED THE TROLLS==========

-- y2kpro and cherri = trolls (bad.manners.and.temper.tantrums@are.them), October 12, 1999.

I think this is plausible but good heavens! This just blows my mind. It is so difficult to imagine of things being much different than now. I am too young to remember the turmoil of the 60s or the Depression or WWII. As far as I'm concerned, the strangest, most cyncial times I can remember were around 1980 with the high gas prices and the hostage situation.

I just rented the flick "Strange Days" (1995) which dealt with a murder mystery / cyberpunk plot taking place in the last days and hours of 1999. While its predictions of being "wired" are a bit ahead of the times, I fear that the city scenes and background plot may be all too accurate. James Cameron, way back then, prognosticated about computer failures ("have you noticed all those errors lately in people's banks"), gasoline at three bucks a gallon, a bad ecomomy, and streets crawling with rioters, soldiers, guardsmen, and cops. Sometime soon, the hysteria is going to build. Even without the threat of computers going badly, stuff is GOING to get really weird...fear of hysteria alone and a rash of those oh-so-lovely holiday layoffs are going to infect the air with anarchy and restlessness, provoking a response from Control Central....

-- coprotlith (, October 12, 1999.

Cygnus XI,

Didn't the Chinese parade dissidents through the streets wearing tinfoil hats during the Cultural Revolution? (okay, so maybe they were paper). I think they had to wear signs in chinese, too: "I am an anti-government wrong-thinking right-wing extremist," or something to that effect. Where were they taking those people, anyway?

But look on the bright side: this just shows that people are the same everywhere. We're all part of one big family. A seriously dysfunctional family, but a family nonetheless. All we need in America now is a 500-foot portrait of "Daddy" hanging from every public building...

-- Liberty (, October 12, 1999.

martial law does net NEED to be imposed.Once y2k related problems with water treatment start causing thousand of people to shit themselves to death, cattle like y2k pro and cheri will beg for army imposed order. The masses will give up their freedom all to readily,Invar would no doubt say they alreadt have. He'd probably be right.

Happy dysentery.

Well, my wife's hardresser's cousin works for the NWO, and she says the same thing. So I guess it must be true.

Just curious. Could you please post copies of your letters to Koskie and Bennet telling them what idiots they are for suggesting to people that it might be prudent to prepare. Didn't write them any? Why not? I'm sure they have a bigger audience (and therefore are doing more damage) then anyone posting on this site.

BTW do you visit the flat-earth and aliens are coming web-sites to explain to them how silly they are and if not, why not? What is it about the posters on this site that seems to get you going?

New here. Would really like to know

Well this is already too much. This should be stopped. It only disregard the poor ones. And this is not good. They are also humanbeings. They should also be treated just like the treatment for rich people. Thank you!!!!!!!
