Type 655 Clearing Question

hello, i was just wondering i anyone could tell me how much sodium sulphite i need to use in order to clear the negative from the pos/neg polaroid film. i checked polaroid.com but they don't have information on the dilution of water to sodium sulphite.

Answers

Use 1 tablespoon sodium sulphite per gallon of distilled water. BTW, almost anything will clear these negatives. I tried cool running water for about an hour as well as Heico Permawash, bith did the job.

The paper insert in your box of 665 tells you exactly how much, and it's alot more than 1 tblspn per Gal...The negs will shift to brown and loose contrast if you don't stabilize them with the appropriate solution...t
